Achievement is much more than a set of skills and strategies. It’s your choices. It’s how you show up in your work, your family, and your community. It’s your relationship with yourself. It’s your body, mind, and spirit. It’s your response to the inevitable challenges in life. It’s what kind of person you become along the way.

Who do you lead? What are their joys, their pains, their struggles? There is always someone watching. That doesn’t mean they are following. Part of being a leader is understanding the implications of your spoken and unspoken communication. How can you lead more effectively?

Who do you love? Your family? Your friends? Your creator? How can you more fully express your love today and every day?

Who do you serve? Whether consciously or unconsciously, we are all servants of someone or something. How do you want the world to be a better place? Where do you invest your time, money, and energy? How can you shift your resources to serve more effectively?

“It may be the devil or it may be the Lord but you’re gonna have to serve somebody.” -Bob Dylan

Who are you becoming? All paths lead somewhere. The path you are on will lead to the YOU that you ultimately will be. Do you like the you that you are? The you that you will be in 5, 10, 20, 30 years on this path? Is it time to recalculate?

Make the choice to increase your personal value and powerfully impact the people you lead, serve, and love.

Your choices matter. Choose powerfully.
