Gina Herald is passionate about equipping and empowering individuals to develop their leadership skills and potential. She works with companies to establish their customer service culture and empower their team members to carry it out. She assists business owners in learning how to put clear expectations in place that allow their employees to maximize productivity and increase profitability.
She has over 20 years of experience in business and leadership. She spent the bulk of her career at Nordstrom, Inc., a very service driven and entrepreneurial environment, where she developed an intensity for helping others grow and reach for their potential. That led her to start her own business as a coach and trainer 5 years ago.
She has successfully partnered with BNI Southeast to help business owners and entrepreneurs master the art and science of strategic networking; joined forces with Compass Career Management Solutions to develop and deliver leadership and customer service training programs and worked with local workforce development professionals to assist dislocated workers in becoming re-employed.
She holds a Bachelors Degree from Columbia College in Columbia, MO where she was a member of Alpha Chi Honorary, the National Dean’s List and a two time President of the Campus Community Government.
She enjoys travel, playing and watching all types of sports as well as reading and politics. She’s active in her local church and community. Gina also loves spending time with her husband David and watching as their first grandchild begins to pursue his potential.
She identifies her keys to success as: a strong and resilient faith, the courage to admit she needs help and the strength to ask for it, a lifetime commitment to personal growth and development, and a passion to serve others by being a problem solver, a resource and an encourager.
