Position title: Marketing Coordinator
Reports to: Marketing Director
Location: Marietta GA
Hours per week: 16 to 25 hours a week
Work hours: 9 am – 1 pm Monday through Friday
Compensation: Hourly based on experience
Working with the marketing and sales’ departments of our company, you will deliver marketing content both internally and externally to the teams and members as needed. You will work on large scale projects that are active for 6 months to years at a time. These projects could include marketing, online advertising, social media marketing, print materials, websites, and email marketing.
Each month you will be responsible for providing marketing content and support for 7 to 10 projects. Some of these projects will be small and some larger. You will also be a part of the Lift-Off Program marketing efforts throughout the US and Canada for our High Achievers franchisees.
Skill set needed:
You must be organized and methodical.
You must be tech savvy and have a good understanding of the following technologies:
Apple products and applications, Google suite of products, email-based campaigns, CRM’s and video-based conferencing, and office 365.
The social media platforms that we use are Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
If you have knowledge in these areas, it is a plus:
Infusionsoft, WordPress, and Adwords.
Day to Day:
You will help the marketing and sales’ teams stay organized with our most important goals and monthly projects. On a consistent basis, you will help coordinate with the Marketing Director to plan, organize, and deploy marketing efforts across email, web and social media. You will work on your own and answer incoming calls to the company. You will coordinate meeting times for the marketing and sales’ teams. You will work with outside vendors for marketing materials, printing, and deployment and ensuring that each task is completed on time.
